APPLICATION
Bentley air filters have been designed for specific use with small volume air compressors.
As combination units they will remove moisture, oil, vapours, odours, carbon monoxide
and other gaseous vapours and solid particulates commonly present in ordinary compressed air.
The result is high quality clean air suitable for breathing applications
to suit international specifications including BS4275, BS 4001, OSHA AND DIN 3188.
Use of Bentley air filters means that you can have absolute confidence in your compressed air
with lubricated or oil free compressors to produce hygienic breathable air.
CONSTRUCTION
Bentley air filters are constructed of carbon steel or stainless steel the filter head can be unscrewed
by hand and all filter parts can be renewed in a matter of minutes without the use of tools.
All units can be provided with manual drain valves.

ADSORPTION FILTER
Can be supplied as a 3, 4 or 5 stage system depending on the application.

- - Coalescer made of glass microfibres which will remove 99.999% of liquid oil from the compressed air stream.
- 2nd stage
- - Carbon cannister which removes hydrocarbon vapour and odours.
- 3rd stage
- - In-line filter for the final removal of dust particles.
- 4 STAGE

- - Coalescer filter.

- - Carbon/Dryer to remove hydrocarbon vapour, odours and water vapour to very low levels.
- 4th stage
- - In-line dust filter.

- - Carbon/Dryer/Catalytic Cannister to remove hydrocarbon vapour, odours,water vapour and to reduce carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations.

PARTICULATE (DUST) FILTER
Fitted with elements of various grades to remove and prevent the carry over of dust
or other particles to 0.01 micron and above.
Ideal as an After Filter for Desiccant Dryers or for applications where a high standard of filtration is required.
The filter element is constructed of pleated layers of glass fibres in an in-depth arrangement. It has the ability to accumulate large amounts of solid particles and resist clogging which allows a gradual increase in pressure drop across the filter resulting in a long operational life.
