1″ DuraVal
The 1″ ‘DuraVal’ marks the beginning of a completely new range of small-bore slab gate valves, redefining performance in the subsea sector and complying fully to the customers’ specifications without any concessions on design, qualification or materials. This patented valve design was created on the back of years of LB Bentley expertise in small bore subsea valves, delivering to specifications that goes over and above API and ISO standards requirements.
The DuraVal gets its name from the optimised drive train throughout the valve that delivers repeatable strength and durability. Being manufactured from a combination of special alloys it is designed to operate in extreme and challenging environments. Plus, the compact design enables its use in small space envelopes and to be positioned in any orientation, delivering a truly flexible solution.
Why DuraVal
- Unmatched Durability: Optimised drive train ensures repeatable strength and longevity.
- Built for Extremes: Manufactured with special alloys to excel in challenging environments.
- Compact & Flexible: A space-saving design that fits tight envelopes and operate in any orientation.
- Integral Compensator: completely standalone valve that does not require connection to a sea chest.
The DuraVal is more than a single product; it’s the start of a whole new range of small-bore slab gate valves, reaffirming our commitment to innovation and valve performance in the subsea sector, exceeding API and ISO standards and pushing boundaries to meet our customers unique requirements.
